    Production Supervisor

    West Whiteland, PA

Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

    The role:

    As a Production Supervisor, you will help drive our goals by:

    • Leading safe production operations and ensuring compliance with site, corporate and regulatory safety standards.

    • Coordinating staffing, schedules and resources to achieve production, quality and on-time delivery targets.

    • Driving operational efficiency through the application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement activities.

    • Maintaining accountability for in-process precious metal materials, including security and inventory control.

    • Supporting employee development through training, performance guidance and workforce planning.

    • Working with maintenance and leadership teams to improve equipment reliability, productivity and operational performance.

    Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Engineering or Technical qualification is advantageous.

    • Experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or production environment.

    • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    • Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate shift-based teams effectively.

    • Flexibility to train across shifts and work a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
