Volt is immediately hiring a Production Supervisor in Dallas, TX.

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily shop-floor operations to ensure output, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily or weekly work schedules to meet production targets and customer deadlines
• Oversee production lines and machinery to ensure a smooth, continuous flow of raw materials and supplies
• Identify operational delays or equipment failures quickly and apply corrective actions
• Track metrics like volume, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness using computer systems or ERP software
• Inspect finished products to verify they match required specifications and quality standards
• Lead safety talks, document near misses, and investigate workplace accidents.
• Use root-cause analysis or lean methods to fix inefficiencies and improve plant methods

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience managing shift operations and direct labor teams
• Previous skilled tradesman (electricians, HVAC Techs, plumbers, masons) 
• Previous experience in manufacturing (or heavy industrial) – Production Supervisor, Line Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Shift Supervisor)
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and build accountability within diverse production workforces
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for running shift-start meetings and collaborating with cross-functional departments 
• Decisive troubleshooting skills to resolve line bottlenecks, equipment downtime, and personnel conflicts under pressure
• Competence in Microsoft Office and enterprise software or inventory systems

Pay range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually
