Due to significant growth, they have asked our team to identify a Production Supervisor for their operation in the Constantine, MI area.
A qualified candidate will have:
- BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science) or equivalent work experience
- Three (3+) plus years of experience in production leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Experience in paper, film, or web-handling processes a plus
- Excellent analytical skills required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Ability to work and think independently.
- Ability to assume a leadership role when needed on a project.
- Must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
