Job Summary The Production Supervisor supports the Event Logistics Team in the planning, execution, staffing, and operational readiness of events within an assigned district, Over-the Rhine (OTR) or the Central Business District (CBD). This role is responsible for daily production operations, workforce scheduling, inventory management, event advancement, safety compliance, and onsite event support. The Production Supervisor serves as a key operational resource, ensuring events are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standard operating procedures while providing leadership and coaching to frontline production staff. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational readiness, staffing effectiveness, safety compliance, and successful event execution across 3CDC managed civic spaces.
