We are seeking experienced
Production Supervisors for 2nd and 3rd shifts to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer requirements are consistently met. This role will supervise production employees, drive performance, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily shift operations and production employees
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, quality, and company policies
- Monitor production performance, labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct shift meetings, provide direction, and maintain effective communication
- Coach, develop, and manage employee performance
- Identify and resolve production, safety, quality, and productivity issues
- Implement process improvements and corrective actions
- Ensure production lines are ready for start-up and changeovers
- Maintain accurate production, labor, material, and payroll records
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- 35 years of production supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and utilize SAP
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended periods standing/walking
- Ability to obtain forklift, pallet jack, and aerial lift certifications
