About the Role
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Production Supervisor, you will be accountable for leading daily production operations while ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in driving operational performance, developing Team Members, and delivering products that meet customer and Aspire Bakeries standards.

Salary Range: $68,000- $85,000.00
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
Supervise and develop production Team Members through coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost performance.
Monitor and analyze production, labor, and material performance to support achievement of operational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production challenges and maintain workflow effectiveness.
Promote a safe workplace by identifying risks, investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of safety.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and training skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems such as SAP.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment requiring standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of food safety and quality systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience working with SAP or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
