Job Description
- Lead daily production activities.
- Supervise and direct hourly employees across multiple production lines.
- Monitor output, staffing, quality, and labor utilization.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and maintain productivity goals.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Communicate shift performance and production updates to leadership.

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of production, manufacturing, or operations leadership experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing, perishable food processing, cold storage, or refrigerated production environments.
- Proven ability to lead large hourly teams in fast-paced operations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- ERP experience preferred.
