Production Supervisor

Our clients' growing food manufacturing company seeks Production Supervisors to lead operations across multiple production areas. We're expanding our state-of-the-art facility and need experienced leaders for both day and night shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of supervisory experience, OR
• Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience without degree
• Experience in automated food manufacturing, consumer goods (FMCG/CPG), pharmaceutical, or similar regulated environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly automated systems
• Proven track record of team leadership and development
• Experience with quality systems and food safety protocols
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; SAP experience preferred 

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Food/beverage manufacturing supervision
• Experience with automated production equipment
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements
• Track record of improving operational metrics
• History of successful team development
