Production Supervisor 3rd Shift
Location: Fall River, MAShift: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday (rotating Saturdays)
Pay: $60,000$80,000+ annually (based on experience)
We're seeking an experienced
Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently overnight while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production employees on 3rd shift.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization.
- Coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable for performance and attendance.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate production updates to incoming leadership.
- Assist with employee training, onboarding, and performance management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or production supervision experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Experience with production metrics, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight operations.
