    Job Overview: As Manufacturing (Pourline) Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the pour line to ensure production targets, quality, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role supervises production staff, monitors equipment performance, and coordinates workflow to maintain efficient and continuous operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote and enforce a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies.
    • Lead employee training and development, including onboarding, safety orientation, on-the-job training, and ongoing skill development.
    • Manage employee performance through performance reviews, coaching, corrective actions, and timely communication of employee issues.
    • Oversee workforce planning and scheduling, including attendance tracking, vacation approvals, staffing adjustments, and overtime control.
    • Coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules are met efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
    • Monitor production operations and equipment, conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance and repair activities as needed.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process, safety, and operational enhancements.
    • Lead safety programs and investigations, including safety meetings, incident investigations, near-miss reporting, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and 5S activities.
    • Ensure effective communication across the team regarding production requirements, policy updates, operational changes, and company expectations.
    • Maximize plant performance and productivity by addressing operational issues, optimizing output and yield, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to read/write/speak/understand English.
    • Degree in Management, a related field, or equivalent on the job experience.
    • 3-5 years supervisor experience in manufacturing field required.
    • ERP experience is plus, preferred experience with SAP.
    • Lean experience preferred
