Production Supervisor 2nd Shift
Location: Fall River, MA
Shift: 2nd Shift | MondayFriday (rotating Saturdays)
Pay: $60,000$80,000+ annually (based on experience)
We're looking for an experienced
Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production, maintaining quality standards, promoting a safe work environment, and developing a high-performing team during evening operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support production employees on 2nd shift.
- Schedule and prioritize work to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
- Monitor productivity, quality, scrap, and downtime while driving continuous improvement.
- Train, coach, and develop employees while holding the team accountable to performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and incoming/outgoing shift leadership to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
- Complete production reports, attendance tracking, and daily documentation.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience managing production schedules, KPIs, and daily operations.
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
