Job Description:
- Lead all production related manufacturing operations.
- Meet shift metric goals, adhere to policies and make decisions focused on continuously improving safety, productivity, quality, and controlling operating costs.
- Utilize LEAN methodologies to analyze plant performance and create countermeasures when needed to correct underachievement.
- Lead labor relations and team development to maintain the strongest team culture possible.
- Collaborate with operations support functions including purchasing, finance, engineering, maintenance, quality, and human resources to ensure the value streams perform at their highest possible levels.
- Report to the Plant Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams functionalities
- 5+ years manufacturing experience required.
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
Working Conditions: In addition to office work, this position requires working in a manufacturing environment where personal protective equipment is necessary.
Shifts available: 2nd (2pm-10pm)
Compensation: Salary will be based upon qualifications, experience, and education.
