We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while fostering a positive and accountable team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate work for 25 2nd shift production personnel to meet daily and weekly production goals
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and promote a strong safety-first culture
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently achieved
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and employee attendance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and logistics
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as productivity, scrap, and downtime
  • Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business or other related field
  • 2+ years of Production Supervisor leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Continuous improvement and root cause analysis experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting
