Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift
Location: Baldwinsville, NY- on-site
Department: Management
Employment Type: Full-Time
The compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $72,000 / year base salary.
The 2nd shift hours for this position are from 3:00PM- 11:30PM.

Position Summary
Job Responsibilities
Supervision of shift staff, organizing and monitoring work processes
Responsible for onboarding and training of shift employees
Coaching, counseling and support of development plans for career growth of staff
Management of Performance process
Enforces policies and procedures and when needed, manages disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans to meet operating standards.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment, placing Safety first.
Executes operational objectives to ensure shift meets safety, quality and productivity standards.
Fosters an environment of Teamwork and Collaboration
Production Supervisor Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
Minimum two years supervisory experience in the food industry, pharmaceutical, or other like industry.
Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Quality Testing and Safety Concerns, and SAP operating systems
Previous experience managing sanitation activities and understanding of sanitation cleaning process required.
Strong computer skills proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective Communicator and Delegator
Excellent leadership and cross-functional team skills
Knowledge of SAP operating systems a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills focusing on Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action and “5 Why” analysis.
Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
