    Job Summary

    WORK HOURS: 1ST SHIFT, MON - SAT., 7 AM - 4 PM

    Server Repair Operations

    Position Summary

    Responsible for supporting all Work-In-Process (WIP) and Production Control activities across server repair

    operations. Maintains inventory accuracy, monitors aging orders, tracks production status, ensures transaction

    integrity, and provides operational visibility through reporting and analytics.

    WIP (Work-In-Process) Control

    Monitor WIP, track material movement, maintain dashboards, identify aging inventory, support daily operational

    reviews, and ensure production orders progress according to plan.

    Production Order Management

    Monitor open orders, aging orders, past due orders, engineering holds, quality holds, and material shortages.

    Follow up with operational teams to drive closure and execution.

    Inventory Management

    Support inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, transaction audits, material traceability, discrepancy investigations,

    and inventory accuracy initiatives.

    Systems and Transaction Control

    Execute and validate transactions within BAAN ERP, Flex Flow, MES systems, and inventory management tools.

    Ensure transactional accuracy and data integrity.

    Reporting and Analytics

    Develop KPI dashboards and reports covering WIP, aging, inventory accuracy, backlog, throughput, shipment

    readiness, cycle time, and TAT performance.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Education:

    Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations

    Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

    Experience:

    2+ years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control, production control, repair operations, logistics, or

    materials management. Server repair experience preferred.

    Technical Skills:

    Strong Excel skills required. Preferred knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power

    Query, dashboard creation, and KPI reporting.

    Systems Knowledge:

    BAAN ERP preferred. Flex Flow preferred. Experience with MES systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI is

    a plus.

    management, and process discipline.

    WIP Accuracy, Inventory Accuracy, Aging Inventory, Aging Orders, Open Orders, Past Due Orders, Transaction

    Accuracy, Data Accuracy, Material Availability, Shipment Readiness, Cycle Time Support, and Report Timeliness.

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    Highly organized and data-driven professional with experience in WIP control, inventory management, production

    order tracking, BAAN, Flex Flow, and server repair operations. Acts as the primary support resource for the WIP

    Supervisor.
