Production Supervisor

Pay: $30/Hr.
 
Shift: 1st, Mon-Fri (7:00AM-3:30PM)

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead assembly-area manufacturing operations and help drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Job Description:
  • Direct and manage assembly-area manufacturing activities to achieve plant objectives and production goals.
  • Oversee manufacturing of products to established specifications for quality, functionality, and lead time.
  • Schedule daily work activities and maintain accurate production schedules.
  • Establish and maintain performance expectations, metrics, and accountability for direct reports.
  • Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, quality, and other internal performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure employees follow company safety procedures and receive required training.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, ISO, EPA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Enforce General Manufacturing Practices and company procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality standards while supporting excellent customer service.
  • Foster a positive, motivational team environment and provide strong leadership.
  • Work on assigned projects, including productivity improvements and development of training programs for new employees.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and/or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong supervisory experience in an engineered-product, low-volume/high-mix manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on mechanical interest or experience.
  • Demonstrated Lean manufacturing experience.
