Production Supervisor - 1ST Shift Packaging
Advance Services Inc. is hiring a first-shift production supervisor to join its team in Northwest Houston. Pay $25-$27 hourly
6 am - 430 pm Monday-Friday and occasional weekends
Key Responsibilities:- Support quality assurance processes on the production floor
- lead a team to maintain high standards of production
- Identify and help resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports using basic computer tools
- Promote a culture of professionalism, respect, and integrity
Basic Requirements:- Leadership experience
- Experience in producton role
- Strong commitment and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Respectful and professional demeanor
- Honesty and integrity
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts (1012 hours as needed)
- English proficiency
