Job Title: Production Supervisor
Pay: $29 - $32 per hour (with overtime hours, will make $100,000+ yearly)
Hours: Mon-Fri 6am to 6pm

As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the fabrication department. You'll work closely with teams to ensure production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are followed. Your leadership will keep everything running efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for

• Supervising and coordinating daily activities of fabrication personnel, including welders, fabricators, coil winders, and assemblers.
• Planning, scheduling, and prioritizing fabrication tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Ensuring products are manufactured accurately according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing coaching, training, and feedback to foster growth and performance.
• Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring accurate production reporting and documentation.
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development initiatives.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 3+ years of fabrication or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding processes, machining, and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
