Pay & Schedule
$20.00/hr Training takes place on 1st shift, then you'll move to your permanent shift
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
What You'll Do:
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move steel coils and materials
Handle, stage, and process steel products
Run and set up production equipment, including slitter machines (Operator roles)Maintain production documents and records on a computer
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (forklift, overhead crane, machine operation, material handling, steel processing, or machine setup)Operator roles: prior slitter machine operating experience is typically required. Slitter opportunities: machine operation and/or steel manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer skills to maintain production documents Ability to stand, bend, twist, and stoop throughout the shift and lift up to 20 lbs
