The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, have time management skills, be a team player, and have good communication skills. The role will include, but is not limited to, improving performance and productivity. Position Status: Full Time Duties and Responsibilities: The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities: - Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
- Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
- Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee hand book.
- Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge.
- Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.
The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills: - A minimum years’ experience as a manufacturing tech., or in a similar role.
- A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
- Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
- Fine-tuned communication skills.
- Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.
