Production Lead Coordinator - 2nd Shift
Location: Tarboro, NC, USA
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for coordinating and planning 2nd shift production activities in a high volume, high mix Tier 1 automotive electronics manufacturing facility. This incumbent will be responsible for ensuring top quality units are produced, implementing continuous process improvement, cost savings, initiating team projects and following the projects to completion, and performing daily schedule/team management duties.
This high visibility role has the opportunity to work alongside engineering/maintenance, quality and production colleagues to improve existing processes and define new processes where needed. You will be able to provide process expertise in regards to process improvement techniques to achieve corporate objectives within the costs allowable. This position will work with and rely on production supervisors to accomplish daily tasks, while driving improvements, vision, and direction. Responsibilities include:
