Your Impact As a Production Scheduling Intern, you will support the production planning and scheduling team by helping track production progress, maintain accurate scheduling data, and identify potential risks to production commitments. Your work will help ensure materials, labor, engineering information, and production resources are aligned to support efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role offers hands-on experience working directly with production teams while developing a strong understanding of manufacturing planning, scheduling, and operational execution. Physical Demands and Work Environment This position is primarily onsite and requires regular movement between office workstations and active manufacturing environments. Employees must be comfortable walking the production floor, interacting with production personnel, and gathering real-time updates on manufacturing activities. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and frequent use of computers and office equipment. Employees may occasionally lift materials or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds. The work environment includes office settings and manufacturing production areas with moderate noise levels. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when required in production environments.
