What You'll Do as a Production Scheduler:- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules
- Coordinate with production, operations, supply chain, and customer service teams
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or shortages
- Analyze capacity, labor, and material availability to optimize workflow
- Communicate schedule updates, risks, and changes to key stakeholders
- Track performance metrics including on-time delivery and schedule adherence
- Maintain accurate planning data within ERP and MRP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability
What You Need to Bring to the Production Scheduler Role:- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business, or related field preferred
- Experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain organization and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and production demands
