We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, where you'll have the opportunity to work on advanced fabrication, assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and testing of cutting-edge In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity products. Enjoy the flexibility of a 1st shift schedule with potential for overtime and the possibility of a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, technical specifications, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Fabricate, inspect, and test cable & harness assemblies, including complex configurations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform preventative maintenance and calibration checks.
  • Mentor junior assemblers and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Operate and maintain various mechanical tools and equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; technical coursework preferred.
  • Ability to pass or maintain IPC-A-620A certification.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience in cable/harness or electromechanical assembly.
  • 2 years of SAP experience.
  • 3 years of inventory control or shipping & receiving experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift (certification required).

Preferences

  • Proficiency in reading/interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards.
  • Intermediate proficiency with crimping, soldering, coax tooling, and measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
