Key Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, technical specifications, schematics, and work instructions.
Fabricate, inspect, and test cable & harness assemblies, including complex configurations.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform preventative maintenance and calibration checks.
Mentor junior assemblers and support continuous improvement activities.
Operate and maintain various mechanical tools and equipment.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required; technical coursework preferred.
Ability to pass or maintain IPC-A-620A certification.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in cable/harness or electromechanical assembly.
2 years of SAP experience.
3 years of inventory control or shipping & receiving experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift (certification required).
Preferences
Proficiency in reading/interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards.
Intermediate proficiency with crimping, soldering, coax tooling, and measurement tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
