Location: Stanton, CA

Pay Rate: $16.90 - $18.40 per hour

Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Looking for a production job where you don't sit still and don't get bored? You've found it. We're hiring Production Rackers for a fast-paced warehouse where you'll stay on your feet, keep your hands busy, and your playlist pumping.

Job Duties:

• Place aerospace parts onto racks for chemical processing and treatment
• Unrack finished parts after processing and prepare them for inspection or the next production step
• Bend and secure the aluminum wire to properly fasten parts onto racks
• Tighten and secure metal components using hand force and manual dexterity
• Carefully hang, position, and secure parts to prevent damage during processing
• Ensure parts are properly handled to meet quality and aerospace standards
• Work in both warehouse and outdoor areas as required
• Follow all safety procedures when handling parts and working around chemicals
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the racking process

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform heavy manual work as needed
• Strong hand strength and manual dexterity for tightening and securing parts
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working around chemical fumes, heat, and industrial environments
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Prefer prior racking or similar manufacturing/industrial experience
• Ability to work safely in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
