Production Quality Lead – 1st Shift Full job description Duties /Responsibilities - Be familiar with the Standard Operating Procedures for production operations
- Identify cosmetic and production issues on products before sending to shipping and receiving
- Inspect, Weigh, and count assigned products checking against Standards and production count sheet
- Complete physical counts monitoring order completion
- Be familiar with the schedule to ensure that the correct product(s) are running
- Complete required documentation and correctly label parts
- Assist and train personnel in procedures and processes
- Coach and work with HR on write ups
- Reduce rework by ensuring products meet standards before leaving the plant
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Detailed oriented
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Flexibility based on plant production schedules
