    Description

What if your work helped power a cleaner planet?

Do you enjoy catching the smallest variance before it becomes a big issue? Are you energized by collaborating with production, engineering, and suppliers to keep quality on track? Ready to apply your inspection skills to support a global mission for renewable energy? If yes, you might be the Production Quality Compliance Specialist we’re looking for at Nordex.

    Your core focus

    • Are incoming materials and assemblies meeting standards? You’ll inspect at receipt, during build, and at End-of-Line, checking conformance with specifications and regulations.
    • Spot a deviation? You’ll document nonconformities, deviations, and non-compliance issues, then partner with stakeholders to resolve and close them effectively.
    • How do we prevent recurrence? Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Can we improve flow and outcomes? Proactively identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives with production and engineering.
    • Are our records airtight? Keep precise inspection logs, test data, and CAPA documentation.
    • Are suppliers aligned? Communicate issues, track responses, and escalate when needed.
    • Are we audit-ready? Participate in internal and external audits and maintain compliance evidence.
    • Do we measure what matters? Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, electronic instruments) and interpret results correctly.
    • Are teams enabled? Deliver practical guidance and quality training to production personnel.
    • And when priorities shift? Support additional quality tasks that advance plant goals.
