What you’ll own
- Process oversight: monitor manufacturing processes and investigate any defects.
- Optimization: review procedures and adjust as needed to enhance operations.
- Onboarding: train new hire production associates in processes and procedures.
- Reliability: maintain regular attendance; arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and complete each shift.
- Flex coverage: work overtime as required.
- Teamwork: work cooperatively with others and contribute in a team environment.
- Quality liaison: partner with internal and external customers on quality issues.
- Documentation: generate and maintain required records.
- Certification: achieve and maintain operator certification in all jobs performed.
- Other duties: perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead.
- Improvement: actively participate in and embrace continuous improvement actions.
- Schedule: able to work afternoon or night shift.
- Safety: operate powered industrial equipment safely and productively when needed.
