We’re looking for a dependable Production Processor / Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following established processes, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing a quality product.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate processing and production equipment safely and efficiently

  • Start up and shut down equipment according to established procedures

  • Monitor products to ensure they meet quality and production standards

  • Follow recipes, product specifications, and manufacturing procedures

  • Perform basic equipment cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and adjustments

  • Complete production, quality, batch, and traceability records

  • Monitor equipment and report problems, product issues, or safety concerns

  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and sanitary

  • Assist with product changeovers

  • Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures

  • Work with team members and support departments to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous machine operator, production, manufacturing, or processing experience preferred

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to learn equipment and production processes

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
