Duration: 6 months (Potential FTE)
Schedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM | 11 days on / 3 days off | Every other Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Job Summary
The Production Planner coordinates maintenance activities and equipment flow to ensure assets are serviced, repaired, and delivered on time based on operational priorities. The role focuses on equipment receiving, maintenance planning, work orders, inventory coordination, and yard organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for assigned equipment and location.
- Work with the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Asset Coordinator to confirm priorities.
- Receive incoming equipment, identify assets, and assess maintenance requirements.
- Document equipment deficiencies and create Shop Failure/Deficiency Reports.
- Open repair work orders and maintain accurate equipment/service records.
- Organize equipment through appropriate queues, including washing, test pits, and maintenance bays.
- Coordinate with Stores to ensure parts and materials are delivered to workstations.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure work follows established priorities.
- Supervise CMMS Clerks and Yard Crew when applicable.
- Assist with equipment counts and maintaining accurate asset lists.
- Support Health, Safety & Environment, continuous improvement, and LEAN initiatives.
