    Production Planner

    Location: Littleton, MA 
    Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
    Experience level: Mid-Level (5 - 8 years)
    Education: High school or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred

    Summary:
    Join a leading medical device manufacturer as a Capacity & Materials Planner. You'll own scheduling, resource coordination, and material readiness to drive on-time delivery in a dynamic production environment.

    What you'll do:

    • Own the weekly production schedule and monitor planning KPIs.

    • Ensure machine, operator, and material resources are aligned to meet delivery goals.

    • Sequence and prioritize projects based on capacity constraints, material availability, and labor resources.

    • Forecast changes, assess impacts, and recommend corrective actions.

    • Release materials and products to support project timelines.

    • Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and quality to ensure alignment and readiness.

    • Drive improvements in planning processes to increase throughput, reduce lead time, and minimize bottlenecks.

    What you'll need:

    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in production planning, capacity scheduling, supply chain, or inventory control.

    • Manufacturing experience, ideally in medical devices.

    • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Engineering.

    • Ability to analyze capacity data, identify risks, and drive corrective action.

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functional teams.
