    We are currently seeking an MRO Production Planner to join our team. This position reports directly to the Warehouse & Planning Manager and is based onsite in Miramar, FL.

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing monthly production plans, ensuring materials are available, and driving actions needed to meet production goals. You’ll oversee material allocation, manage company-owned inventory and rotable assets, and collaborate cross-functionally to keep operations running efficiently.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of formal education. Advanced degrees are a plus.

    Work Environment:

    This role operates in both office and production settings. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that may include exposure to noise and requires adherence to all safety and PPE guidelines.

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and organization

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in production planning within aerospace manufacturing
    • Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
    • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (highly preferred)
    • Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage monthly production schedules
    • Lead and participate in production planning meetings
    • Plan and allocate materials for work orders
    • Coordinate scheduling of rotable assets
    • Manage floor stock inventory levels
    • Create, release, and track internal work orders
    • Partner with supply chain to align material demand and delivery

    This role may also take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
