Job Description
Managing material planning activities based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
Maintaining inventory levels while preventing shortages and excess stock.
Collaborating with purchasing teams on requisitions, purchase orders, and material requirements.
Monitoring supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Expediting critical materials to support production commitments.
Maintaining ERP/MRP planning data, parameters, and system accuracy.
Supporting material flow optimization and supply chain risk mitigation efforts.
Reporting on inventory performance, shortages, and planning-related KPIs.

The Successful Applicant
Having 3+ years of material planning, production planning, supply chain, or purchasing experience within manufacturing.
Demonstrating strong ERP/MRP systems experience.
Possessing advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Holding a bachelor's degree preferred.
Having experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Demonstrating strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Possessing experience working within cross-functional supply chain teams.
Having aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
