What You'll Do as a Production Planner:- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
- Analyze labor loading, production capacity, and resource availability to optimize operations
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and demand
- Coordinate customer order status updates and expedite orders when necessary
- Lead planning and new product introduction (NPI) meetings with cross-functional teams
- Support quality inspections and documentation of production results as needed
- Provide backup support for shipping, logistics coordination, and shipment documentation
What You Need to Bring to the Production Planner Role:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of planning, scheduling, production control, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Ability to interpret production data and make sound scheduling decisions
- Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing settings and comply with all safety requirements
