Production Planner

Position Summary:
A manufacturer in Corona is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules, materials, and resources to support on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

• Monitor inventory, material availability, and production progress.

• Review work orders and ensure materials and resources are available.

• Identify potential delays, shortages, and scheduling conflicts and communicate solutions.

• Update planning and production information in ERP/MRP systems.

• Track orders and provide status updates to management and internal teams.

• Support continuous improvement of production planning and scheduling processes.

Qualifications:

**2- 4 years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing experience

**Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

**Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

**Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
