    Job Summary:

    The Production Planner/Contracts Admin provides support in production scheduling, planning, and overall organization of product shipment. This position reports directly to the Contracts Manager.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    ·         Capable of assisting in shipping related duties such as ordering trucks, completing shipping paperwork, organizing delivery schedules.

    ·         Ability to create work orders and production schedules.

    ·         Act as point of contact for DCMA transportation for Hazardous Shipping.

    ·         Use of working with government websites (i.e. WARP, WAWF, Transportation Module in PIEE)

    ·         Facilitate all IATA and DOT shipping processes.

    ·         Maintain hazardous shipping certifications.

    ·         Responsible for filing of DOT and FAA records.

    ·         Assist in audits such as, FAA, DOT, PHMSA, GFM.

    ·         Produce monthly production reports for USG IPT.

    ·         Maintain GFM allocation sheet and GFM tracking report.

    ·         Update all production and shipments using the lot status program.

    ·         Responsible for all document control out of contracting department.

    ·         Assist in writing of proposals.

    ·         Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

    ·         Provide support to Contracts Manager with other assignments as needed.

    ·         Other duties as assigned

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
    • Hazardous Materials Shipping Experience or HAZWOPER certification preferred.
    • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
    • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 35 lbs.
    • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong, dedicated work ethic.
    • Ability to work with coworkers of all levels across the company.
    • Travel <10%
