Job Summary:
Understand the function of the equipment to correctly adjust during runs, while promoting the smooth operation of the line.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks (code dates, seal integrity, and correct labeling) on a predetermined schedule as needed or assigned by leadership.Ensure lot ID information is tracked accurately and all paperwork is completed timely and accurately.Increase effectiveness and cross-train where needed to promote line effectiveness.Maintain high standards regarding company policy involving SAFETY and GMPs.Participate in Toolbox talks incorporating stretching. Promote Safe Start principles and near-miss reporting to further the improvement of safety in the plant.Keep work areas orderly and clean.Demonstrate ability to properly stack boxes and apply labels and lids.Familiar with: Production ID, and Production SchedulesAccurately complete Palletizing Sheets and print labels.
What We Are Looking For: Characteristics, skills, experience, education, and performance history needed for success in the position:
Machine Operating Experience preferred.Must be detail orientated.Able to walk & stand during most of a 10-hour shift.Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn.Dependable & punctualPhysical Capacities: Able to lift 30 lbs.
