The Chase Group is seeking a licensed real estate agent to collaborate with a top-producing agent in the role of Production Partner. This position provides practical experience managing active transactions, opportunities to develop and grow your personal client pipeline, and the chance to deliver valuable support that contributes to the Lead Agent’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist buyers throughout every stage of the home-purchasing process
- Host open houses to generate new business opportunities and expand your client base
- Develop and maintain relationships within your personal and professional networks
- Perform circle prospecting to identify and connect with potential clients
- Consistently follow up with leads and cultivate long-term client relationships
- Assist with listing preparation and complete other related duties as directed by the Lead Agent
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch - Designed to set you up for success
- Work with Lead Agent to guide their clients to homes - You will assist on both the buying and selling side
- Host Open Houses - This is a great way to showcase listings and pick up potential buyers
- Schedule & Show Homes - You will assist in finding buyers a new home
- Attend Inspections and Walkthroughs - You will learn and support the lead agent
- Attend Appraisals - You will learn and support the lead agent
- Lead Generate - You will gain knowledge on how to grow your business and create a strong pipeline
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is coachable, dependable, and excited to grow. An active Ohio real estate license is required. If you're willing to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to accelerate your career by partnering with an experienced agent, we'd love to talk.
