The Chase Group is looking for a licensed real estate agent to partner with one of our top-producing agents as a Production Partner. This opportunity allows you to work alongside an experienced professional, gain hands-on experience with active transactions, build your own client pipeline, and play an important role in supporting the Lead Agent’s success.
As a Production Partner, you will:
- Guide buyers through the full home-purchasing process
- Build your business by hosting open houses
- Leverage and expand your personal network
- Conduct circle prospecting
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
- Assist with listing-related activities as the Lead Agent’s workload requires
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch - Designed to set you up for success
- Work with Lead Agent to guide their clients to homes - You will assist on both the buying and selling side
- Host Open Houses - This is a great way to showcase listings and pick up potential buyers
- Schedule & Show Homes - You will assist in finding buyers a new home
- Attend Inspections and Walkthroughs - You will learn and support the lead agent
- Attend Appraisals - You will learn and support the lead agent
- Lead Generate - You will gain knowledge on how to grow your business and create a strong pipeline
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is coachable, dependable, and excited to grow. An active Ohio real estate license is required. If you're willing to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to accelerate your career by partnering with an experienced agent, we'd love to talk.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio real estate license required
