What You’ll Receive

A dedicated team behind every transaction. As a Production Partner, you’ll work alongside a Real Estate Advisor on buyer and seller transactions rather than handling every aspect of each deal independently. Specialized professionals, including a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager, will manage key operational responsibilities so you can concentrate on client relationships, showings, listing appointments, and expanding your real estate knowledge.

Individualized mentorship and hands-on coaching. Every Production Partner is paired with a Real Estate Advisor invested in their development. You’ll benefit from weekly coaching, ongoing training, and 24/7 access to the team for advice, problem-solving, encouragement, and recognition of your accomplishments.

Lead-generation and marketing support from day one. Our lead-generation platform provides opportunities through sphere outreach, open houses, prospecting, listings, and online inquiries. You’ll also have access to Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and our Touch Program to strengthen and manage client relationships. With established systems, training, and consistent support, we’ll help you build productive prospecting habits.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
