    Position Overview
    The Bradley Group is hiring dependable Production Packing & Material Support Associates for a growing manufacturing operation in the Greer, SC area.

    This position combines finished-product packing, quality inspection, material handling, and general production support. Associates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and help ensure products are properly inspected, packed, staged, and prepared for the next step in the production or shipping process.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and learning different areas of a manufacturing operation. Previous experience is helpful but not required for candidates who are dependable and willing to learn.
    Responsibilities
    • Pack finished products according to production and quality requirements.
    • Verify quantities, labels, packaging, and product condition before items leave the work area.
    • Inspect finished goods for visible defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
    • Report quality concerns or production issues to the appropriate team member.
    • Support automated and manual packing processes as needed.
    • Move, stage, and organize raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
    • Assist production employees with loading, unloading, material changes, and other line-support activities.
    • Prepare completed products for staging, palletizing, or shipment.
    • Assist with basic inventory counts and quantity verification.
    • Safely operate basic warehouse and material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks.
    • Maintain clean and organized production and packing areas.
    • Learn additional production processes and equipment as training opportunities become available.
    • Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment.
    • Perform additional production or warehouse duties as needed throughout the shift.
    Qualifications

    • Willingness to move between packing, production support, and material-handling responsibilities.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to stand and remain active for the majority of the shift.
    • Ability to perform repetitive movements and regularly lift and move materials.
    • Commitment to following workplace safety requirements.

    Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required.
    Available Shifts
    Multiple shifts are currently available:
    • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
    • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
    Pay
    $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift.
    Work Environment
    This is an active manufacturing position that requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the workday. The production environment may be warm and can include normal manufacturing noise.

    Associates who demonstrate strong attendance, work ethic, attention to detail, and an ability to learn new processes may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into higher-skilled production positions.
