Location: Rogers, AR

$19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4 PM | Overtime when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of order picking and packaging experience in a high-volume environment
• Prior packing experience required
• High level of accuracy when filling customer orders
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate computer systems

Job Duties

• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Read and interpret order forms
• Pick products accurately according to customer orders
• Package completed orders for shipment
• Navigate and document order activity in the computer system
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order fulfillment process

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Order Puller.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Production Order Puller you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
