Description
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Wheeling, IL 60090
Duration: 6+ Months
Shift:
- Day: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Night: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (multiple openings)
Job Summary:
We are seeking Production Operators to support manufacturing and packaging operations. Responsibilities include handling materials, operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and assisting with shipping/receiving in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform depalletizing, filling, packaging, and palletizing
- Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment (pumps, valves, robotics, etc.)
- Load/unload materials and finished goods
- Monitor product quality and report issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Operate forklifts as needed
Requirements:
- Steel-toed boots required
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed
