Production Operators Needed
Looking for a stable career with a growing advanced manufacturing company in Jeffersonville? We are hiring experienced Production Operators for a clean, climate-controlled facility that manufactures innovative energy products used across North America.
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: $23.00/hour
- Night Shift: $24.00/hour
Schedule
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (12-Hour Shifts)
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Overview
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer offering long-term career potential. Candidates will work in a modern production environment operating advanced manufacturing equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform quality inspections and documentation
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report concerns
- Maintain production output and efficiency standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with material handling and production support tasks
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Experience working in a production or industrial environment
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
