Production Operator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Production Operator for our client in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and quality drive every batch.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Training will be Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM through August 28th. Full-time schedule: 4 10's, Wednesday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM (effective August 31st).

What You'll Do

• Understand and follow proper, safe operating procedures in a manufacturing environment.

• Pull various ingredients to combine and make quality mixes for customers.

• Troubleshoot minor quality and production issues.

• Run bagging operations and stage product for shipment.

• Operate crushing and screening systems to produce raw materials.

• Participate in the 5S program to ensure clean, safe working areas.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Basic mechanical skills.

• Working knowledge of weights and measures and how to make process adjustments to maintain quality production.

• Experience with pallet stacking.

• Forklift experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Environmental safety and health rules and regulations training (OSHA training) – Preferred.

• Strong commitment to contributing to team success, initiating action, quality orientation, and safety awareness.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility where employees work around industrial mixing, bagging, crushing, and screening equipment.
