A manufacturing facility in the Reno area is now hiring Production Associates for all shifts! This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to grow within a production and manufacturing environment. The facility is located near the bus line and offers onsite parking.

Job Summary:

Production Associates will support manufacturing operations by removing and packaging extruded plastic materials from the production line while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires standing for extended periods in a warm production environment and working efficiently as part of a team.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Move extruded plastic materials from the production line into designated boxes
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues
• Maintain production flow and assist with packaging materials
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Requirements:

• Steel toe boots required
• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warm production environment
• Ability to lift, move, and package production materials
• Ear protection permitted; one earbud allowed per company policy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Drug screen required
• Background check required (Second Chance employer consideration available)
