Production Operator

Note: Fluency in English is not required, but authorization to work in the United States is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust production machinery for optimal performance, including equipment setup and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including logs, statistics, and material flow tracking.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards through first-piece inspections and production control chart maintenance.
• Assist in training team members by demonstrating operational procedures and production tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production process issues, adjust equipment as needed, and report data to supervisors.
• Follow company policies to maintain consistent operations and report necessary changes.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Support team objectives by achieving related production goals as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Strong skills in safety management.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
• Experience with manufacturing quality standards and tooling.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing is highly desirable.
