Description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role focused on operating production processes, inspecting plastic components, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

$19 - A Shift : Monday–Wednesday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; Thursday | 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
$20 - B Shift : Monday–Wednesday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Thursday | 6:00 PM–12:00 AM
$21 - C Shift : Thursday | 12:00 PM–6:00 PM; Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
$22 - D Shift : Thursday | 12:00 AM–6:00 AM; Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operate production processes with limited supervision.
Inspect, sort, count, assemble, label, package, and stage plastic components.
Perform visual quality inspections and identify defects.
Track completed and rejected parts and accurately complete production records.
Enter production information into computer/ERP systems.
Trim excess material using approved hand tools.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Meet established production and quality standards.

Qualifications

1+ year of manufacturing experience.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable using knives and other approved hand tools.
Able to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts while standing and remaining physically active.
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Work Environment

Fast-paced manufacturing environment with production machinery and plastic components. PPE is required, and the role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
