Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, 12-hour shifts
(2-2-3 Rotating Schedule: You'll work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM–7:30 PM on a repeating two-week rotation: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, followed by 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. This schedule provides every other weekend off.)

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to support a high-volume industrial manufacturing operation in Oxford, NC.
This position will work on the dry end of the production process, operating manufacturing equipment, inspecting finished products, moving and staging materials, and supporting overall production flow.
The ideal candidate has previous industrial manufacturing experience, is comfortable operating forklifts and other mobile equipment, and can work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Operate various production machines and equipment at the end of the manufacturing process.
Perform visual inspections of finished products to verify quality and conformance to specifications.
Operate a forklift to move and stage finished goods.
Communicate production issues, quality concerns, and equipment problems to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Support Winder Operator responsibilities as needed.
Complete and maintain required mobile-equipment certifications, including forklift, floor scrubber, and Bobcat equipment.
Perform assigned duties until properly relieved at shift change.
Participate in safety observations and required safety reporting.
Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
Perform additional production duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous industrial manufacturing experience required.
Previous production, machine operation, or manufacturing experience.
Computer literacy required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attendance and dependability.
Ability to follow production and safety procedures.
Ability to work effectively as part of a manufacturing team.
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.
