Production Operator

Qualifications:
Whats the job The Dry End Operator will be responsible for operating various machines at the end of the process.
The Dry End Operator will operate a forklift to move/ stage finished goods.
This role directly reports to the on-shift Production Supervisor but works closely with the Winder Operator.

Essential functions:
Perform visual inspection of finished goods to verify it meets quality specifications
Communication of production issues or concerns on shift
Maintain a thoroughly cleaned area in and around facility
Ability to relieve to winder job role as needed
Complete and maintain mobile equipment certifications (i.e., floor scrubber, forklift, and bobcat)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for performing assigned duties until properly relieved.
Responsible for performing SMAT observations and submitting of required concerned reports

High School Diploma/GED
Industrial Manufacturing Experience Required
Computer Literacy Required
Excellent communication skills are essential
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Attendance Practices Required
