Key Responsibilities
- Perform production, filling, packaging, palletization, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Operate manufacturing equipment including pumps, valves, filling machines, robotics, case packers, and labelers.
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading dry and liquid materials.
- Monitor product quality, fill levels, fill weights, package appearance, and raw materials.
- Follow all plant safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
- Operate paint-making control systems.
- Read and follow work instructions across production, packaging, shipping, and receiving areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in safety meetings and plant activities.
- Assist with training other Production Operators as needed.
- May be required to work different shifts for overtime, vacations, or call-in coverage.
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical production duties.
- Ability to operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
- Steel-toed boots required; reimbursement is available through the Coupa expense process.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work the assigned shift and support overtime/shift coverage when needed.
